Proving you the best service I go to Ford service center for all of my needs. They take of my tires, oil changes and all of my regular maintenance. They even let you know what needs to be done now, or if it can wait. Their waiting area is nice, they provide coffee, television even plugs for your electronic items. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to get my car serviced here and highly recommend this center. More

Is the best - keeps me informed, polite, a real professional. Hope the owner takes notice. Can’t say same for techs - oil change & spark plug replacement - simple , not so much. Omar gives me the keys, I pay the charges ($210 for 6 plugs). Good to go, except the engine light is on, back to Omar. - an hour later a PCV hose needs replacing. Ok. Again Omar took care of me. 5 hours in Wuick Lane - Back in truck- on the drive home the engine light comes on. I am busy and need my truck. Return the following Monday - it’s a bad o-Ring in the PCV hose - but not yet- shop foreman and others are analyzing the systems- no go need a replacement PCM! Omar gets me a loaner truck - very much appreciate his help. Tuesday Omar calls to say the PCM arrived Wednesday Pmar calls truck is good to go. Over 8 hours spent at Quick Lane! Go figure How does an oil change and plug replacement turn into a replacement PCM. More
