Mac Haik Their are a few things that i expect when it comes to customer service, especially when auto shopping. Carlos Bermudez is/was the greatest sales rep. He is attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, truthful and doesnt mind going the extra mile to show customers that he truly cares about them.
