I was greeted warmly by Paul and shown cars that I asked to see. I asked to drive the Lincoln MKX, and drove the limited addition. THIS was MY car!!! I love wood, and the beautiful wood choices had my head swimming. I was unhappy that it only came in black. How dull and boring! I found out that the model just under the limited had all the bells and whistles I wanted, and I could get it in most any color offered by Lincoln. Now we're cooking! I brought my family up to get their opinion on my choice of cars and to help me pick a color. My Son -in-law found my car color, which we dubbed "chocolate with sprinkles". Being a chocolate addict, that's the one I chose. I think it's formal name is "earth", or something grungy like that. I like our name better! I must admit, I didn't do any of the price negociating. My son-in-law did it for me. I just agreed and signed papers! Poor Paul, I think we may have overwhelmed him a bit, but he was great to work with! I am a "soon to be 66" year old young lady, and I want you to know that I have enjoyed my car, the dealership, and mostly working with such a terrific young man like Paul. My car was the third one he sold the day I bought mine. WOW! More

The worst dealership I have ever been to visit. Had a deal complete done Price, Trade value, and Credit app completed and approved. Having both good and poor car dealer experiences in the past, we did our homework and made loan arrangements with our own lender before contacting any dealers. When we decided that we wanted to buy a new vehicle we found that this dealer offered internet pricing that our local dealer couldn't match. We confirmed through multiple phone conversations with their sales staff that they had the specific vehicles we were interested in and guaranteed the advertised pricing. To quote the salesman "you have my word." They offered an estimated value for our trade-in which, while it was lower than the trade it value in KBB or NADA, we considered a decent jumping off point. When we arrived we were quickly handed off to a different sales person. They were unable to locate the specific truck we had been promised. There was an identical vehicle with exactly the same options and MSRP but they were unable to meet the advertised pricing we had been quoted for the vehicle they couldn't find. We found this suspicious since the truck matched down to the very last detail including color. The offer they made for our trade was insulting. Again, we arrived with no illusions of getting exactly what KBB or NADA indicated we SHOULD get for our trade, but we were offered 40% below KBB and well below what the salesperson had estimated. Throughout the experience, their salestaff blatantly lied to us and left us feeling jaded and frustrated at the idea of buying a new car. We came to them with basically cash in-hand and ready to leave in a new car. They lost our current and future business that day. These guys are unethical and shady and it would be good to see some consumer protections in place to keep sharks like this out of the car-buying waters. More

All the paperwork was overnighted to me with step by step instructions on what needed to be filled out. I'm back in Texas now and loving my new truck! Also they have an excellent service department. I've been going to service advisor Julie Nichols for a couple of years now. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Doing business with Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown has always been a great experience. More
We bought a car different than the one we were looking at. The first price they quoted was the online price, but then they said a higher price. I wrote both asking about this, but neither one was honest enough to reply. Being lied to is not honest business and something others need to watch out for. Yes, I signed the papers but sent an email as when I returned home and was able to confirm my suspicions. I said it may have been an oversight, but when they will not reply to my emails, it makes me believe that they are liars and crooks. In 2 years we wanted to buy a new vehicle, but my wife and I will for sure look for our next vehicle at another location. Low life is low life, and I think that is what the two are. Watch out for liars if you do decide to look there for a vehicle. More

Within 15 minutes, I received a call from David Ward and he began working on finding a truck. David located the truck that I wanted and we made an appointment for a test drive on Saturday afternoon. In just a few hours on Saturday, David showed me the truck, worked with me on the price and my trade-in and I went home with a new truck that night. David was very professional and easy to work with and went out of his way to make the transaction easy. He went over the features of the new truck very thoroughly and made sure I was happy with everything about the sale. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking for a new Ford car or truck! More
