An Unusually Good Experience Purchasing A New Car After visiting 3 other Ford dealerships in Austin that are closer to me the previous week and getting ho-hum responses that were not helpful for findi After visiting 3 other Ford dealerships in Austin that are closer to me the previous week and getting ho-hum responses that were not helpful for finding an F-150 I was lucky - when I called Mac Haik in Georgetown (30 miles away) to have Rene Chavira answer the phone when I called. It was clear immediately Rene was really motivated to work with me. He literally went the extra mile. I needed to be sure that the specific truck I chose would work for me and Rene drove it out to my place. After final agreement, the Service folks prepared the vehicle and, again, Rene drove it out to us. The sale was completed shortly afterwards. The support team (managers in sales and finance) were all courteous and very reasonable. This was one of the most agreeable experiences I've had in purchasing a car or truck. More
