I recently needed to upgrade my vehicle and was unsure about what my options were for my ideal price range. I visited Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown and was greeted by Art Espinosa. He was so helpful, pati about what my options were for my ideal price range. I visited Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown and was greeted by Art Espinosa. He was so helpful, patient and understanding to what I was looking for and my concerns when purchasing a car. Art got the car within the amount I needed and a couple hours later, I was driving home in a great car with a big smile! :{) I'll be sending all my friends and family that are in need of a vehicle to see Art Espinosa! Thanks again!! More
I have been interested in a new car for my wife for several months now. When I went to Mac Haik in Georgetown I told the salesperson, Mr. Reagan, that I was not going to buy any time soon and I was goi several months now. When I went to Mac Haik in Georgetown I told the salesperson, Mr. Reagan, that I was not going to buy any time soon and I was going to shop around before purchasing a new vehicle. He treated me like I was going to buy that very day. Even though he knew that I wasn't buying now, he put over an hour and a half of his time in showing me the vehicles. I was very impressed that he put that amount of time in. I will definately go back to him when I am ready to buy. The prices and service are equivalent to everybody else's but the personal attention that he gave me is what make's me want to deal with this dealership. More

My salesman, Art Espinosa was GREAT. He was much more helpful than the salesman of the other 3 dealers that I visited. He got me a price that was several hundred dollars less than the Costco price for t helpful than the salesman of the other 3 dealers that I visited. He got me a price that was several hundred dollars less than the Costco price for the identical. I also appreciated that when I asked for an out the door price quote this dealer printed out a window sticker and provided a detailed invoice with the exact price listed. The other dealers wrote random numbers on the back of business cards. The only reason I couldn't give this dealer five stars is that they totally botched the actual delivery of my new car. I came away with the impression that mine was the first new car they had ever delivered. To be specific: 1) There was no state inspection. 2) The key fobs were not mated to the car. 3) The dealer installed optional keyless entry pad was not installed. 4) I had to re-accomplish the paperwork three times do to mistakes made by the dealership. What should have been a 20 minute delivery experience took two trips and a couple of hours of my time. On the plus side they forgot to put their ugly dealer logo on the car! My advice to new car shoppers is to visit Mac Haik and work with salesman Art Espinosa. I do think this dealer will 'deal' on the price. Just proofread the closing paperwork carefully, and allow time when you take delivery to be certain that everything you paid for is in fact intalled and working on the car. More
Spoke to Ivan on the phone and discussed our wants/needs as far as trade-in and what we were looking to buy. Discussed the Black Book Appraisal we had done online for our trade in value and he said they ar as far as trade-in and what we were looking to buy. Discussed the Black Book Appraisal we had done online for our trade in value and he said they are fairly true to that appraisal and closely honor it because they want to sell a new vehicle! We made an appt. to go in and meet with Iva, when we arrived we found out it was his day OFF! Ivan's boss directed us to Jay. After we gave him our information and the Black Book Appraisal we had done online for our trade-in (this tool is suggested on the Mac Haik website) Jay took the car to be driven and looked at for trade-in value. Their offer came back at $16,000 when the Black Book range was $19,000-$23,000! Our car is in TIP TOP shape and we entered the information accurately, only thing they could come up with was the need for two new front tires!! Total waste of our time and horrible customer service to treat customers like that. Why suggest using a tool that they aren't going to honor as accurate and reliable. Looks like a bait and switch to get customers to come in. Boo Mac Haik Georgetown! More
I have purchased at least a dozen vehicles over the years but the experience I had purchasing my new Ford F250 was hands down the best. Darrin took all the stress and tension out of car buying. Summary of start to finish of finding and buying my truck at Mac Haik FLM. I found the truck online, filled out the credit application online, gave all my information through email and telephone to Tony N at Mac Haik FLM. I found the truck online, filled out the credit application online, gave all my information through email and telephone to Tony Nguyen. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. Paper signing was quick and easy. The test drive went good. Everyone I had to speak to was very nice. Now the not so great parts. When asked about a dealership garuntee I was told by the salesman that there is a 30 day/4500 mile garuntee if something goes wrong I can bring it back. When I went to sign the papers, the finance man had me sign a paper that stated I was buying the truck as is and the warranty had expired. I said ok and signed but asked about the dealership garuntee, and he said, "oh no we don't have that" I said, "Tony told me there was a 30 day/4500 mile garuntee if something goes wrong" He replied, "Oh yea yea like if the engine quits on you we won't hang you out to dry we'll fix it." Now after hearing that I thought the conversation was a little "iffy" but didn't think anything of it. I signed the rest of the paperwork and left the lot driving the truck. From there, I took the truck to my dad's shop, and two of his mechanics looked at it. They found two things going wrong with the truck. The starter bendix is hanging and it can be heard hitting the fly wheel, it's not retracting, which means that gear will wear quickly and needs to be replaced. Also, the swaybar links are lose, the rubber bushings are worn out in them. Now, seeing as the salesman, Tony, told me that this truck had been through an inspection and nothing was found wrong with it, makes me wonder just how good the inspection was if my dad's mechanics found these two things wrong within 30 minutes of looking through and listening to the truck. I messaged Tony about the service the truck was going to need and his reply was "Really. We must of slop through the UVI. It should not be a major deal is it Ashlie. I mean you can see how well maintain the truck is. I'm sorry they didn't tight up." I replied back, "They need to be replaced. It'ssomething that could have cost me a little over $1500.00 if I wouldn't ahvehadit checked out. I'll get out somewhat cheaper since my mechanic caught it today." In which Tony replied, "It's a good thing you do it now too cause maybe months from now you have to get it replaced. When a vehicle pass the safety inspection for customer to drive, then we can put it for sale. It's a good truck Ashlie. Sorry for the inconvenience." Him stating "months from now" replacing these parts is not correct. I have to get them replaced within a few weeks. Not to mention the danger I coul be in and others if either of these parts stop working while I drove. The noise of the fly wheel not catching cannot be heard well while driving unless one is actually trying to listen for it, but after getting under the passenger side of the truck it can be heard clear as day. Seeing as I did not get the 30 day/4500 mile garuntee I was told about in writing I am guessing there is no such thing? A response to this customer satisfaction survey would be much appreciated. More
