I had the BEST experience at Mac Haik Ford Lincoln in Georgetown, Texas. I have visited the dealership a few times since early 2013 to check out the new Ford Focus Hatchback before I made my purchase in Georgetown, Texas. I have visited the dealership a few times since early 2013 to check out the new Ford Focus Hatchback before I made my purchase in late February of 2014. Upon my arrival each time, I was greeted by a knowledgeable salesperson who was very attentive to my questions/concerns about the buying process. The person who has worked with me most recently was TED LI. Let me just say that I think that you could not find a better sales person in Austin if you tried. Ted was amazing to me in terms of customer service, reliability, and honesty. He went above and beyond to earn my business. In the beginning of the buying process, I was very apprehensive about the whole thing. Since I had never done this completely on my own before, Ted made sure that I understood all the terms and took time to explain everything in a way that made sense. He did not continuously throw numbers in my face, nor did he pressure me into buying something that I did not want or need. Above all, I give the highest marks possible to him for all that he has done and will recommend him or anyone at MAC HAIK FL in Georgetown! They rock! More

On our first visit we let him know we were just starting our shopping experience for a truck for my husband. Ted took a lot of time with us and made us feel comfortable not only with the vehicle but also the dealership. When we went back to the dealership to purchase we not only purchased an F-150 for my husband but also a Lincoln MKZ for myself. We love both vehicles and would definitely recommend this dealership and definitely Ted Li!!! Thank you Ted!!!! More
I called Mac Haik to get a new F-150 after I got into an accident. I spoke with Ted Li explained that I was self employed and needed a new truck so I could get back to work. My wife and I visited Mac Haik a while back and met Ted Li. We explained our situation to Ted that we were just looking but, were interested in a new Mustang GT and weren't exactly sure when we were go Li. Ted Li spent quite a bit of quality time knowing this and was very friendly and helpful. We were finally ready, looked for Ted and to our surprise he remembered us along with the Mustang GT that interested us. Ted Li made this experience very pleasurable, comfortable and easy. Ted is an extremely personable individual and well versed in the business. Based on our experience through Ted, we have decided to do future business with Mac Haik along with Ted Li and would certainly highly recommend to anyone which we already have. Excellent experience with Ted Li. I walked into the showroom with doubts regarding the Ford product and Ted did an excellent job in educating me and demonstrating were Ford is today. We are super happy with our purchase and thank Ted for his mastery in getting us to that point. We are not customers easy to convince and Ted got us to that point. Beyond excellent work. On 5/16/2013 at 330PM I went to your dealership/service department as my Mercury Mountaineer charging system alert and battery light was on. I talked to a Daniel Moura your service advisor. I explained t department as my Mercury Mountaineer charging system alert and battery light was on. I talked to a Daniel Moura your service advisor. I explained that I had an alternator replaced with a Ford Motorcraft alternator on 6/29/2012 by Smart Buick in Malvern Arkansas as alternator had failed on road. Alternator was to be warranted for 12 months according to Smart Buick. I showed the receipt to your Mr. Moura who stated”Any warranty could not honor as only warranted through the installing dealer”. I thought well guess I as out of towner got screwed , SO on Moura’s statement and since I was going on a long trip, I went to Georgetown Interstate transmission my trusted mechanic who replaced the alternator with another” warranted” Motorcraft part at $501 with labor! In disgust I called the installing Smart Buick dealer who said the part (not labor) was warranted by ANY Ford dealer and that any statement made otherwise by Mr. Moura was just untrue! Later Mr. Moura called me saying he was wrong and would make it right. A follow up call today to him led to excuses, etc., he might lose his job, etc. I even told him the core was available at Interstate Transmission, yet nothing. This is intolerable. Then on 5/21/13 the service manager called saying he would do nothing and would not accept Mr. Moura’s statements me essentially calling me a liar! More
Just bought a 2011 F350 King Ranch Pick up. Spent over 45,000 dollars and when I went to pick up the vehicle. I looked over the vehicle and the inside wasn't cleaned. The sales person said they always cle 45,000 dollars and when I went to pick up the vehicle. I looked over the vehicle and the inside wasn't cleaned. The sales person said they always clean them. I found caliche in the floor board, dirt all over the interior, and a pair of sunglasses in the console. And speaking of the console it was missing a tray that goes on the inside and cup holder was also missing. When this was mentioned to the sales person she couldn't understand why I was being so picky about this. Also I found a tear in the back seat that was not mentioned in the advertisement. Also when I looked under the hood I found corrosion under the batteries. But what really set me off was I spent so much money and when I asked if they were going to fill the pick up up the sales person said they are not allowed to fill vehicles up when they are being purchased. My truck has a 37 gallon take and I put 32 gallons in next to the dealership when I left. I would not buy from there again. And I would tell everyone I know not to either. I have bought several vehicles from other people and this was the worst ever. More

I had a recent bad experience with Salesman named Joseph at Mac Haik Georgetown. Joseph contacted me about the car I had been looking at but I did not return the email. He contacted me again and was nice enough about asking if there was anything further and I replied that I was no longer interested in the car. With that, the wording on his next reply took a turn for the worse when he became condescending. (note the spelling, that is his doing, not mine) “perfact, that brings joy to my heart that you like my method of doing buissness. With that being said, are you in fact interested in a vehical for your daughter? If so, what type?” Joseph I replied very directly, “Not at this time”. That was all I said. Then his reply was: “now keep in mind that it was you who conntacted me, not the other way around. Surely that was for something. Not just to shoot the breaze. If it was than you would be the first person in the history of the world to go out of your way to conversate with a carsalesman. Now with that being said, what kind of car do I need to find for your daughter?” Joseph I sent this communication to Mac Haik management for review and hopefully they will see what I’m seeing which is a person with a very condescending attitude that I would not want representing my company. My girlfriend and I found a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 that was the color she liked, low miles at a reasonable price so we drove out to look at the care. The salesman was very friendly but upon negotiations I found the management team to be arrogant and pampas. To begin they wouldn’t replace the badly worn tires the truck was equipped with. Second the clicking noise coming from the engine we were told that all Hemi engines do that and its normal. So we bought new tires and a year later upon inspection it wouldn’t pass, we were told the exhaust manifold was damaged and that caused the clicking and failure to pass the inspection along with a bad oil sensor. When I called to ask for any assistance on this we were given the run around and too bad for you story. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy a car from a dealership the lies to your face then tells you too bad and does it with attitude. More
