That all changed when we visited Mac Haik in Georgetown, Shaun greeted us at the door, and promptly introduced himself to our pup (the most important member of our family) so instantly we felt better about the whole thing. We had done the research, and knew what we were looking for, but when we couldn't decide on which color Shaun parked the 2 options side by side so we could make the best decision. From the moment we walked in the door we felt comfortable and were so impressed with Shaun's passion for cars and customer service. Wait time was short, clean inviting area to sit in and the team there was awesome with my car! And when my car had to stay overnight they even got me set up with there rental services! Awesome sales Ms. Mabry answered my call when I inquired about a used Infiniti and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the car. She said “I will be here if you come and see it”. I drove up to the dealership at 7pm. Ms. Mabry greeted me and immediately showed me the car and let me test drive. I bought the car with no haggling because it was priced right. This car was the only car in the United States at the time, with all the features I was looking for. Sold.
