Oil Change took too long. Your techs were wonderfully polite and professional and kept me posted as to status. I had to wait 1 hr and 45 minutes, which was too long. It was how long they told me it would be, so no issue with expectation setting by your staff. A simple oil + filter change should not take over 45minutes to 1 hour at most. I'll likely go elsewhere in the future where the change is completed faster. More
