The technicians left the plastic cover off of my positive battery terminal. Additionally, the technician bent the phone holder inside my cab. The phone holder was screwed down so as to not be moved. It's a pain to have to loosen the screws now, readjust, and tighten the screws. I just wished the technicians paid more attention to detail both in the cab and under the hood. If they forgot these small things, how do I know they remembered important things like changing my oil filter or properly torquing bolts? More
