Recall repairs on 2016 F150. I scheduled my repairs and took my truck in at 7:30am on a Wednesday and was told it may take 2 days. When I followed up Thursday morning I was told I scheduled my repairs and took my truck in at 7:30am on a Wednesday and was told it may take 2 days. When I followed up Thursday morning I was told there was an issue. Nothing had been done on my truck it had just sat there. I had to pick up the truck and reschedule the service the following week. The follow up service went very well and they provided me with a loaner to drive. I was very disappointed about my service not being done as scheduled. However, I must say they were very helpful on the follow up service and I was very pleased in the end. Things may go wrong but it’s what is done when that occurs that’s important. In this case they made it right. More

I had to schedule this appointment in advance due to the parts being replaced. My vehicle maintenance took longer than expected and luckily this was ok with me. The service department had some confusion wh parts being replaced. My vehicle maintenance took longer than expected and luckily this was ok with me. The service department had some confusion when I dropped off the vehicle but was resolved fairly quick. My car feels ok now and only time will tell if the issue will go away permanently. More

Doc was friendly, open, and most importantly human. Most sales persons I have encountered are focused so much on sales that they become robots, programmed to sell the product no matter what. Doc was not this person. He made the process go smoothly and as fast as he could despite all the steps. If you head in to buy a new car, ask for Doc. It'll be worth it. More
