I bought my truck three years ago and had my first flat tire. When I tried to take the lug nuts off, my tool would not fit and I couldn’t change the flat tire.. When I went to the dealership, I was told th tire. When I tried to take the lug nuts off, my tool would not fit and I couldn’t change the flat tire.. When I went to the dealership, I was told the lug nuts swelled up and I would have to replace them all at my cost. I have bought my last three vehicles and have never had this problem with Fords from this dealership. This is not acceptable from any Ford dealership. More
disappointment The whole experience was a comedy of errors. However, we were not laughing. The 2019 Escape we were going to get had the battery run down. The sevice department, instead of putting in a new battery in this new car, put it on charge. After waiting a long time, they said they wanted to leave it on charge overnight and we could pick it up the next day. We said NO. They finally put a battery in it. When it was brought to us, we were informed there was paint on the trim and there were two deep dents and someone had tried to cover it up. They found us one just like it , different color. Which meant resigning papers with new VIN. We also found after we signed the papers it was a demo vehicle.I was ready to walk away but my husband said no, we'd take the white one. Did not drive it as I'd driven the silver one. Now I'm hearing a noise and the service department will look at it this coming Monday. Also, the windshield wipers in this NEW car do not do a good job. Our sales person was very good. More
Overall, a great experience. I had been looking at 2019 Ford F-150's online, and had decided to wait until later. But, I came across a particular vehicle (the one I bought), whic I had been looking at 2019 Ford F-150's online, and had decided to wait until later. But, I came across a particular vehicle (the one I bought), which had a great advertised price, as well as most of what I was looking for. I called the dealership, and a sales manager, Charlie, answered the phone. I asked him to check to see if that vehicle was still in stock, and he said he'd get back to me shortly. "Doc" Leisy called me back in a few minutes and confirmed that it was there. So I went to the dealership right then. I needed to test drive the vehicle because it had a different engine than the one I thought I preferred. Once there, Doc was the best auto sales rep I have ever worked with--and I have bought many new vehicles in my life--including the last several at your dealership! The process was easy from start to finish, including my trade-in. Also, Marcus was my finance guy, and he was fantastic too. He helped me roll my current extended service contract into my new one, and explained why a maintenance plan would save me money, after which he custom-crafted one to fit my circumstances. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and I love my truck! I see that Jared Zamora is listed below, but don't remember him...sorry. If I met him, I didn't get his name. More
