The Service Tect. handled the service very professionally. Had two suggestions which i appreciated and had done. I cannot believe that this dealership is still in business! I bought a 2012 Ford Expedition El from Mac Haik Ford and since it was used and had a rebuilt engine since the original one was blown so they talked m I bought a 2012 Ford Expedition El from Mac Haik Ford and since it was used and had a rebuilt engine since the original one was blown so they talked me into buying a $3,500 basic warranty to cover the engine and transmission. Went the engine started to barely run, I took it back to them on January 14th 2020. I must have been on the phone with their Service Manager, Ford Customer Service Center and all the way up to Ford's Extended Warranty Customer Service Center for over an entire MONTH and all of these centers REFUSED to cover 1 penny of the repair costs even though the problem was a faulty ignition module that caused FOUR engine coils to fail. I couldn't believe it and had to pay the full repair bill and they kept every cent of my $3,500!!! Moreover, my truck was not fixed until February 14th 2020 one full month after I sent it there. The absolutely worst treatment I have ever had ANYWHERE!!! More

No problem, get here as soon as you can and we'll take care of you. True to form, the team came through and before mid-after noon everything was working just fine and I was back on the road. More

Great Quick Service As I emailed and discussed with the dealership earlier, the purchasing of the vehicle went great. Simple, quick no problems. Retuning Roush package Jerod was great. He set up a time for me to bring in my truck. He called me as soon as the car was ready. Great communication and service. I mad Jerod was great. I made the mistake of taking my truck to another dealer (Maxwell) for service as they are closer to where I live. They removed the Roush tune when they did a service calling for boots, coils and plugs. I specifically told them that I did not want the Roush tuning changed/ removed. After I received my truck, they told me the Roush tuning was still good, but the truck was clearly more sluggish in handling. I then brought the truck to Jerod to discuss the issue. He had it checked out and confirmed the tuning was changed and took great care to fix the problem. By the way, I purchased the truck from Mac Haik in 2016. More
