I came in to talk with Kenny about a F-150 King Ranch that had just come in. This is the fifth new vehicle I have bough here in the last 10 years and as always the service was excellent but if someone had of told me that I WAS GOING TO TRADE A TWO YEAR OLD F 150 THAT GOT 17 MPG FO last 10 years and as always the service was excellent but if someone had of told me that I WAS GOING TO TRADE A TWO YEAR OLD F 150 THAT GOT 17 MPG FOR A NEW F 150 THAT WAS ONLY GOING TO GET 11 MPG then I would not have traded my vehicle in. So far I am out another $ 2200 dollars putting new tires on in order to get a smoother ride and better gas mileage. More

The service is excellent as usual. Daniel in truck service is always awesome. However, my big complaint is time!! I was there few minutes after 8 for oil change, tire rotation what ever else that part service is always awesome. However, my big complaint is time!! I was there few minutes after 8 for oil change, tire rotation what ever else that particular service includes and it was after 1030 before it was done!!That seems a lot crazy to me!! These guys are supposed to be professionals and better than the little quick shops but 2 1/2 to 3 hrs More
