This was my second time buying a new car. My first time was a massive disaster, and I got taken advantage of, hard core.... This time I was not looking forward to doing this again. I researched. I took was a massive disaster, and I got taken advantage of, hard core.... This time I was not looking forward to doing this again. I researched. I took my time to look for a deal and know what I was getting myself into. Lemme tell ya. I worked with Scott T, and Jeremy G...... these dudes were extremely accommodating, extremely professional, and extremely honest and forthright with me. I didn’t even deal with them for 24 hours. They made this process COMPLETELY stress free. They didn’t play games with me at all. They didn’t mess with me..... and the best part.... they made it extremely clear to me that they wanted to earn my business. They did just that. So Jeremy showed up at my house with the vehicle I wanted and we loaded up my whole family and took a good 40 minute drive. Screaming kids and all!! I liked the vehicle.... I and we drove the car to the dealership and got the ball rolling. Once again, they didn’t push me into anything I didn’t want to do, they explained things clearly... and they did what they could to make this an extremely pleasant experience. I went on to the finance lady. She was quick, too the point, explained things.... and did not push me or stuff last minute things into the contract. From the time Jeremey showed up to my home to take us for a drive, til the time I walked out of the dealership.... 10 am we started... 1:30pm I was done. 3.5 hours I was highly dreading. All in all, the whole team, was all about being ethical and building a relationship with me and they were absolutely not trying to be greedy or solely profit driven. When looking for a car to purchase... you want to deal with a seller who is just like these folks were with me. You want a dealer who is gonna build TRUST with you. I got a fair deal. And I got a xxxx of a great 5 star experience. I will absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants the same outstanding experience. Big thank you to Scott and Jeremy and Shannon! More
