I have a 2019 Lincoln that was purchased new. Just recently, I found out you do courtesy washes for customers and I have a huge issue with this. I was sitting down waiting to get my tire fixed when I recently, I found out you do courtesy washes for customers and I have a huge issue with this. I was sitting down waiting to get my tire fixed when I over heard a customer (Caucasian/white) being asked if they wanted a complimentary car wash. I got up and walked to counter and asked about this service. Person that helped me was nice and offered to wash my car . I am a Black female and never was offered this service. Why??? Never once was I offered a coutesy wash on the service side or the Quick service side since I have had my car. Not a great experience, even at the time of purchase. Should of walked away. More
