I was unsure at first how the buying experience was going to be due to Covid-19, but the team did an outstanding job from start to finish. I had previously interacted with Mak Haik on a repair for my vehicle to be due to Covid-19, but the team did an outstanding job from start to finish. I had previously interacted with Mak Haik on a repair for my vehicle years ago and loved the experience so when it was time, I stopped in to check out one of their new vehicles and I am glad that I did. I highly recommend that you work with Isaac Bannon in sales. He was very easy going and accommodating. He answered every question with ease and although it was the end of the day, the still took the time to give us a thorough rundown of the vehicle and even helped us download and sync the Ford Apps to the vehicle. I also really appreciated Marcus Meyers, the Finance Manager. He was professional, speedy, and provided us with multiple finance and warranty options so that we could make an informed decision.
