Grayson and Creighton did a great job. However, my catalytic converters have failed with less than 5k miles from the Saleen programming. Same happened with my new rousch mustang and had to put a fight catalytic converters have failed with less than 5k miles from the Saleen programming. They will also not provide me a loaner vehicle or a ride home while working on my 80$K truck...not cool guys More

Flex didn't start Flex displayed a message saying no key present. My key was in my pocket. Went after second key and got same results. Suspected dead battery in keys so Flex displayed a message saying no key present. My key was in my pocket. Went after second key and got same results. Suspected dead battery in keys so got them replaced. Flex still wouldn't recognize a key. Called service for help. Technician told me over the phone how to insert the dead key into the emergency spot in center console so car would start and I could get it to the service center. Technician there said they'd run diagnostics to determine problem. Called back next day saying they couldn't duplicate malfunction but would keep car and run additional diagnostics. After a week, called back and said car was ready for pickup with only the diagnostic charge to be paid. Cheap. More

The friendly operator transferred me to my service associate, Trevor, who quickly acknowledged what needed to be accomplished, scheduled the service the following day and then arranged for a pick up of my vehicle at my residence.
