Mac Haik Ford Georgetown and especially my sales consultant, Charity Owens made sure my needs as a customer were their first priority before, during, and after the purchase of my new Ford Ranger. My first contact with Charity was by phone when she returned my call about a particular truck. Upon arriving to the dealership, Charity and I reviewed that vehicle and compared it to my initial thoughts about a new truck. We both felt as though there might be a more satisfying option for me. Charity went to work finding a vehicle that fit my request perfectly. She was constantly thoughtful about my comments and observations throughout the process, ensuring I was thoroughly satisfied at each step.
