The whole interaction with this dealership was nothing but a HUGE MIGRAINE!!! First, the kept giving us the run around with our deal, financing, etc. We had all the numbers laid out and signed off on, th but a HUGE MIGRAINE!!! First, the kept giving us the run around with our deal, financing, etc. We had all the numbers laid out and signed off on, then they submitted the wrong numbers, causing the deal to not go through. So they came back to us, they were not applying all the proper discounts we were eligible for and qualified for, then they submitted the deal with the tax credit coming back to us, when we explicitly said we wanted it applied as a down payment. So AFTER I FINALLY GOT AHOLD OF THE MANAGER, they looked at the deal again for a 3rd xxxx time and finally found that the 1st finance person didn't apply the tax credit properly. So they had to run our credit again, and the deal finally got approved. When we got there we purchased different rims for the truck, they said they would be in withing 3 days, it took 5, and when they finally came in they were the wrong ones. Not even ONE WEEK after purchasing the truck (2023 Ford lightening **it has been on their lot for almost a year**) the passenger rear tire EXPLODED while driving to work, causing damage to the rear panel and tire area. We tried to contact the sales person who just told me to contact ford and they would handle it. Then nothing. We were given the run around saying it was covered under warranty, then that it takes warranty 30-90 days to kick in and it wasn't warranty covered (we even purchased a secondary tire and wheel package) they did absolutely nothing to help. We know the tire was defective because all the other 3 tires are perfectly fine, and the whole exterior sides of the tire were ripped to Shreds, and the top/bottom part of the tire that is on the road while driving was completely intact. I would 1000% never recommend this dealership. Very impersonal, have horrible customer service and do not care about their customers. The 2 times we had to go in there the sales person only cared more about shooting the xxxx with the other guys. No managers addressed us and when we voiced our concerns to finance, he said he would talk to someone about it, and never did. More

I should have went with my gut and had Mac Haik perform the 100k tune up for my truck instead of having another shop do it. After the first shop did the tune up, my truck ran rough, sluggish and shook dur the 100k tune up for my truck instead of having another shop do it. After the first shop did the tune up, my truck ran rough, sluggish and shook during acceleration. I wasn't getting the same gas mileage either. I took it back to have them check the issue and they kept it for 4 days and said they couldn't replicate the issue. The manager said the their technician even pulled out the sparkplugs to do a visual check and confirmed they were in good working order. When I picked it up, the truck smelled like an ashtray, ashes inside the cab and a cigarette burn on the seat and a dent on my front bumper (that I discovered after I left the shop). But that's besides the point - the problem was still present as soon as I drove out of the lot. I then decided to take it to Mac Haik and have their experts take a crack at the problem. Met Charles Smith and went over the issue with him. He assured me that he'll make sure to have the best tech, who happens to be the shop foreman and also owns a similar truck as mine to look into the problem. Charles was upfront with what I may expect considering the mileage and age of the vehicle. He kept me apprised the entire time with the diagnosis and presented several options so I can make an informed decision. Sure enough, their technician did a thorough diagnostic and discovered misfires in 3 cylinders. They pulled out the sparkplugs and found cracked sparkplugs - the former shop either installed them without checking or over torqued them during installation. We picked up the truck Saturday, drove it all weekend and did not discover or felt any hiccups, hesitation or shaking during acceleration. The engine is so smooth and quiet and drives like it supposed to. Thanks again to Charles and the technicians that took care of our truck! We'll definitely not go anywhere else to have the service done from now on. More
