Overall ended up getting a pretty good deal. However, the process could have been done quicker and easier. Surprised by the addons to the advertised price, very deceptive and double what your competitor was process could have been done quicker and easier. The final deal that your sales manager offered as they chased me out the door that day was not all that great. I went to your competitor to look at a particular truck that they had. They offered me a good deal on my trade and good over all deal on the truck right out of box with no haggling. However, I liked the truck at your dealership better so I went back the next day and your sales management offered a reasonable deal after some more haggling. Shouldn't be that difficult and makes the whole experience unpleasant. More
