Jason Norman was they guy that helped us in Quick Lube. AMAZING SERVICE! We have tried to get new keys for our F250 Super Duty from other Ford dealerships, lock smiths and nobody has been able to program t AMAZING SERVICE! We have tried to get new keys for our F250 Super Duty from other Ford dealerships, lock smiths and nobody has been able to program the keys for whatever reason. I told Jason the story, he said lets get it done and he meant it. He did warn us it may take a while, and it did, but he got us in same day and out same day with working keys. He kept us updated along the way with both the good AND bad news. He never gave up, found the right person to fix it and now, we are extremely happy! I have been doing business with Mac Haik Ford since 2004 and highly recommend them to my friends. If Jason cannot get it done, it probably cannot be done. Not only does Jason get it done, he makes it fun! He meets each of his customers with THEIR personality. Go see for yourself! More
