When purchasing a 75k vehicle, there shouldn’t be a need to turn around and have to pay a detailing company $500 for making the vehicle look as it should, new. It’s what we had to do. Allen was great, did everything I asked and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. Only friction I had was when it came time to do the financing and they give you an offer and when you say no it gets sell me anything I didn't want. I have been using this Mac Haik Ford for my service needs for about 5 years. The last time I had my car serviced, I went to a recommended auto repair shop close to where I work for convenience. It was not a for about 5 years. The last time I had my car serviced, I went to a recommended auto repair shop close to where I work for convenience. It was not a good experience. I came back to Mac Haik for a needed repair and an oil change. Mike was my service associate. He was friendly, professional and helped me with my car that I had to leave running out in the parking lot due you a dead battery. He called when it was ready and went over what had been done. He made it very easy for me. I will be back. More

Needed to get my oil changes but my boss needed me to complete a ton of work. Mac Haik rebooted their Wifi for me (they said it was slow when I asked on check-in and offered to restart it) so I could wo complete a ton of work. Mac Haik rebooted their Wifi for me (they said it was slow when I asked on check-in and offered to restart it) so I could work. They did a flawless Oil Change, Tire Rotation and battery check for me. Left me alone to work then let me know when it is done. Oh, and they very nicely encouraged masks while I was there to encourage health. More
