I have purchased the only vehicle I will ever purchase from Mac Haik. It was a used vehicle granted but I made a point on a deal breaker, two sets of keys, item to the sales person and not until after the from Mac Haik. It was a used vehicle granted but I made a point on a deal breaker, two sets of keys, item to the sales person and not until after the financial part, the most pleasant part of the transaction, was done was I told that there was only one. Then after the vehicle had been inspected and “cleaned” I had to point out that the spare tire and tools were missing. These two items were resolved after much insistence on my part and going about the sales person and his manager. After driving the vehicle for a short time I have discovered that the vehicle is almost due for an oil change, the tires were under inflated and other fluid levels were very low. If I were running used vehicles through a dealership I was part of I believe I would make sure that all service was current and every fluid was topped off before the vehicle ever found it’s way on to my lot, otherwise I could not in good confidence offer a vehicle for sale. I knew that Mac Haik was a major corporate dealership and this proves that all they are concerned with is running vehicles and people through as fast as they can and for as much as they can with no regard to customer service. Visit was pleasant, oil change and tire rotation. No other problems found, just sitting listening to service raps talk to other customers it was professional.
