I just had my car picked up after having it in the shop for repair. I am having issues with the Transmission and it is causing severe shaking in my vehicle. I was assured by the service department that res for repair. I am having issues with the Transmission and it is causing severe shaking in my vehicle. I was assured by the service department that resetting the transmission would fix the issue and was charged for the repair. Of course it wasn’t covered under warranty. So I paid and thanked them for the repair. Upon getting the car back I noticed nothing had changed and it was still having the shaking issue. The service center said “No further repair is needed”... Now I have paid for a repair that didn’t fix the issue at hand and still have a faulty vehicle. How they could send someone who has paid for “repairs” home with the same issues they came in with blows my mind. More

I think cars had more room to get a better deal as I have seen a lot of trade ins in my life and I feel that you had more room to lower price and I was think cars had more room to get a better deal as I have seen a lot of trade ins in my life and I feel that you had more room to lower price and I was told we are loosing money.
