Not sure why it is called quick lane. Took 2 hours and 15 minutes for vehicle to be serviced. In my experience at other places it takes about 45 minutes to an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Only c minutes for vehicle to be serviced. Restored my truck in Ford service. Even though they couldn’t reproduce my issue. They at least pulled the cover and saw the damage and fixed my issue. I felt they did a good job with even replacement w couldn’t reproduce my issue. They at least pulled the cover and saw the damage and fixed my issue.
