We arrived on the lot and looked around at some of the used vehicles, but only after about 5 minutes we were approached by a very kind gentleman, named Carlos, who was quick to find what we were intereste used vehicles, but only after about 5 minutes we were approached by a very kind gentleman, named Carlos, who was quick to find what we were interested in. Unfortunately the first vehicle we looked at wasn’t a fit, and we told him we would be back. We went to another Ford dealership and we’re not greeted after we were there for 15 minutes, I even walked into there offices and no one greeted me nor offered help. It was only after I stoped someone and asked if there were any sales people that worked there that I was directed to someone. While the gentleman that they had put me with was very kind, his sales manager was quite uncooperative and unwilling to work with us. The next day I saw the truck, that I wound up buying, on the Cars.com app showing at Mak Haik. We contacted Carlos and said we were on our way. In my opinion, Mak Haik has the best sales team. More
