I wish the appointment time was kept. Also when you choice to stay they check in with you as my appointment was at 11 and did not get out of there till 12:45 and I had to go up and ask wh Also when you choice to stay they check in with you as my appointment was at 11 and did not get out of there till 12:45 and I had to go up and ask what was taking so long as we have routine oil changes taken care of with our payment. And some of the staff was rude to some people waiting as they wanted explanations as well with the long wait times when you have appointment for things. More
