Steven was easy to work with, listened to and answered all of our questions. He ended up needing to go through the exit tutorial because the young lady who was supposed to come must have been busy with so all of our questions. The wait time was horrendous, there were multiple other customer complaints while I was wait for my vehicle. Can’t do anything about my faulty back up camera screen for Months. Told us they couldn’t wash customer complaints while I was wait for my vehicle. Can’t do anything about my faulty back up camera screen for Months. Told us they couldn’t wash the vehicle because the wash was down! And on top of that left black grease prints on the A -Pillar of the drivers side. Pictures attached. Probably not the feed back you want. We went with a Lincoln Vehicle thinking and being promised the “Lincoln Way”. If this is the Lincoln way, then I don’t know what to say. More

I have been bringing my 2015 Ford Fusion to MH for service since moving to Georgetown in 2018 and buying out my lease. Leary of bringing my car to a dealership for routine service, I must say I have service since moving to Georgetown in 2018 and buying out my lease. Leary of bringing my car to a dealership for routine service, I must say I have been very happy with the customer service, efficiency, and service I have received, and will continue to use MH in the future. I have been particularly happy with the customer service I have received when confronted with issues which are not of a routine nature and generally expensive to fix. On these occasions I have worked with Service Advisor Chaime Breaux, who is really terrific and a real asset to MH! He is very easy to work with, very professional, does a great job of keeping me informed of the current status of my vehicle, and genuinely seems to care about making sure I am satisfied with the final outcome. All of these really make a huge difference and go a long way toward my continued confidence in the dealership. More
