Steven was easy to work with, listened to and answered all of our questions. He ended up needing to go through the exit tutorial because the young lady who was supposed to come must have been busy with so all of our questions. He ended up needing to go through the exit tutorial because the young lady who was supposed to come must have been busy with someone else.
