My recent car dealership experiences have been less-than satisfying, even when shopping for higher end vehicles where you would expect the salespeople to provide some additional care. Instead of running into deceptive sales practices and attempts to get me to spend money on things I didn't want, instead I found people who made an extra effort to get me the exact vehicle I wanted and nothing more. Many dealerships include non-negotiable "dealer adds" on Mavericks because they are a low-margin vehicle, meaning the sales price is often 10% higher than advertised, but with Mac Haik I paid exactly what I expected. Even the business manager was an absolute straight shooter and did not pressure me into a high-margin service contract or anything like that. The process was straightforward and painless, and I genuinely could not be happier. I love my new truck and I know who I will be talking to the next time I am looking to buy! More
