I was greeted by Greg who is a new service writer. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to about your vehicle. My 20,000 miles service was quickly completed. However, there was a problem with the auto dim/bright that I wanted fixed so I wouldn’t have to make two trips plus two recalls on front and rear cameras which also wasn’t done. Every time I come in with a problem I’m told that it’ll take weeks to just to diagnose the problem and the vehicle will need to stay in the shop for weeks to fix it. Every single time I’m told this same story. Our vehicle is still in the warranty and I feel all my problems should be completed while I’m there for that purpose. More
