Thank you for this opportunity. I’d like to compliment all who participated in servicing my vehicle yesterday. Special Thanks to Bruce Goodlett for resolving a warranty issue that for some reason was not all who participated in servicing my vehicle yesterday. Special Thanks to Bruce Goodlett for resolving a warranty issue that for some reason was not listed in the the system. And Ms Linda for remembering the purchase. Bruce was not my check in person on this day of service; but he overheard my conversation expressing to Trey Decell that I had purchased road hazard coverage. Well , Trey went no further to research the matter, other than pulling up the receipt of purchase for my tires; but Bruce researched the matter and found where my complaint was accurate; I had purchased road hazard. I do have my original receipt at home; didn’t know that I would have needed it. Thanks for resolving an issue that would been an embarrassment for MacHaik and I assure you that you would not have been receiving 5 Stars in this review. Thank you: (I should note that it would probably be a good for a while to check all your systems that were around the time or shortly thereafter the transition period from Watson Quality to MacHaik.). This is a review of two different salesmen. My first interaction was with Anthony Zouboukos who gets 0 stars. I was traveling 240 miles one way to purchase the automobile so I ask him to check it out fo interaction was with Anthony Zouboukos who gets 0 stars. I was traveling 240 miles one way to purchase the automobile so I ask him to check it out for any large damage. The price listed on Carfax website was including a discount for trade in and financing with the dealer which was not mentioned on the Carfax site, only on the dealer site at the very bottom. He mentioned this on the phone so I ask what he could do since I would be doing neither. He sent a buyers order for full price and had no other contact. I emailed, called and left voicemail, and text all the same day trying to get back in touch. The next day at 11AM after hearing nothing, I called and spoke with Anthony Brown. He is the only reason for the 5 star review. Every single time I called he answered. When I got to the dealer the truck had a large spot on the passenger door that was damaged. Anthony Z never mentioned this when I specifically ask to check for damage. Anthony B was able to speak with Perry who said they would make it right. While the amounts are way off from what I've been quoted vs what I'm being allowed, I am thankfully for the help they are offering. When I got the truck back to service all of the lugnuts were swollen. This is a pretty common issue with the two piece style lugnuts that come on the truck. Since Carfax mentioned the truck had just been serviced at the dealer I would have thought this would have been addressed. If I had it to do over again I would take a hour to go to a independent shop to look over everything before I bought. More
