My daughter moved from Texas to Mississippi. She is a student at Mississippi College in the nursing program. Her tire blew out which ruined the wheel and tire. The vehicle was towed by Ford Roadside Assistance to Gray-Daniels Ford and they told her it would be a few weeks before they could get to it and just blew her off. I told her to pick up her 2022 Bronco with only 2,500 miles on it and take it to Mac Haik Ford Jackson. She picked up her Bronco that was sitting on a small spare tire and drove to Mac Haik. Bruce took her Bronco in and had it ready in a few hours. I was very happy with how they treated my daughter. She knows who to contact if she needs help in the future. I am the General Sales Manager at Planet Ford in Spring, Texas. I am very thankful for service managers that actually take care of people just like you would want you daughter taken care of when they are hundreds of miles away from home. Eddie and Candace went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of with my vehicle. They ordered the part on Tuesday and it came in on Wednesday. I had my truck serviced back approximately last days of July. The skid shield was not reattached properly. Things just happen sometimes. It came down while driving on interstate and was broken.
