The price was $16,700.00 I had been looking for a couple weeks and everything I found was a disappointment until I met up with Lili by phone the day before and after talking with her, I wanted to go and see the truck about a 200-mile round trip. She was off work the following day but assured me she would take all the time needed if I drove to the dealer ship. Not only did she come in on her day off she reserved the truck so it would not be sold before I arrived the next day. Final result, met her at the set time the next day and everything was better than I could have ever imagined, I have bought probably in excess of 50 vehicles over the last 40 years and I can honestly say without a doubt working with Lili and her team was one of the most enjoyable and simple transactions noting no surprises or pressure and, in the door, to driving home I would say less than an hour total. I am not sure of other sales associates but if you are looking for an honest professional & true to her promises and get the job done person, do not hesitate to call Lili Tyler at Mac Haik Dodge Jeep Ram 713-538-2700 make sure you are working with her as the quality and service for your new car adventure will be an unexpected pleasant one. On my next buying venture, she will be my first and only contact. Keith Livingston Texas August 16th, 2022 More
I'd give the service department ZERO stars if I could. I brought my Cherokee in on a Monday. Unlike when I made the appointment, I was told the car couldn't be looked at until Wednesday and it would be I brought my Cherokee in on a Monday. Unlike when I made the appointment, I was told the car couldn't be looked at until Wednesday and it would be $179 to run diagnostics. I called on Thursday since no one called me and was told my car hadn't been touched but it would be and I'd hear back by 5. I called on Friday since no call back and was told they still hadn't looked at my car. At 4:15 on Friday I got a call that my car was ready but they found nothing. They never diagnosed it. They just let it sit there all week. Communications were terrible. I had always taken my car there for service - but NEVER again. They are the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. Stay away. More

Apparently, they have no interest in selling a new car to me. Maybe it was because I am out of state, but something seems sketchy about this place. No response to basic requests for numbers or info. Worst car purchase experience ever!!!On July 5th, my Worst car purchase experience ever!!! On July 5th, my husband decided to purchase a brand new grand cherokee. Salesperson has always been wonderful n Worst car purchase experience ever!!! On July 5th, my husband decided to purchase a brand new grand cherokee. Salesperson has always been wonderful nice, I would always give him a full rating. Problem all came when we recieve a phone call from Sultan Aldeek(financial department) saying that they lost our cashier's check. So my husband took one of his working afternoons went to bank BBVA to have the check reissued. The bank told him that he needed to purchase a surety bond, a 2% out of the amount from the check. MAC HAIK agreed to pay for that. Due to my husband busy schedule, he did not buy the surety bond right away in any insurance companies. Two days later, a message from the salesperson asking about the check, we still had nothing. My husband on another afternoon called some insurance companies, and no one could offer us. So we decided that i will have to solve the problem all by myself due to his busy schedules at work. I took one morning driving around the district looking for surety bond, I went knocking door to door explaining the lost cashier's check situation, no one was able to provide us, except states farm. First they told me that normally it will take 2 weeks to process and by the time when i was about to finish filling a form, states farm confirmed saying that I needed to wait a 90 days period. I was not happy at all, i was frustrated. I got on the phone talked to Anthony Santos( salesperson) that I needed to talk to the manager. Manager, Cesar Torino answered my phone, I was explaining everything about the bank policy and the surety bond, and our temporary plate is about to be expired, he told me that we will have to return the car. I was really upset and furious about this situation. I could not believe a manager of a big company would ever mention "return the car" and he told me twice, and he even told me about other banks were able to have it done on the same day. I even offered my personal banker´s phone number and he rejected, every bank has their own policy and he told me that he has his own contact. I waited for his call back, one hour after an hour...he was really playing with my patience...it was not right that a sales manager treated me unprofessionally. I called him again, i offered my banker's number again and he accepted. He told me that he would call me. An hour still no answer...I called my banker to ensure if someone in Machaik called her, she said no...I called Cesar again, i told him my banker picked up the phone right away, he told me to hold on that he will ring the phone to see if she picks up. She did picked up the phone, I left the phone call. After a while, Cesar called me and agreed to wait for a 90 day to have the check reissued and a check of a car loan...so rude and so unprofessional!!! It was something so simple, but a manager made it so complicated!!! About the temporary plates, I called DMV to be sure if everything is in order. DMV informed me they have the plates shipped out on August 18... all along i knew Mac Haik has our plates, but they were never honest to us. They never informed us they had the plates, all they told us was they never have it. And they never informed me correctly that we were able to have a new temporary plate on the same day on the expiration date. Until a day before of the expiration date, I had to called Cesar to be well informed of. Really ridiculous, there is absolutely no such thing as customer service!!! After 90 days, on October 15, I was able to have the check reissued. It took me two mornings, one morning I had to cancel the previous check and wait a 24 hour confirmation. Second morning, i had the check reissued, finally all this nightmare had ended... I swore that this was the first and last time to buy a brand new car from them. More
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Mac Haik Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Katy, Tx from the internet. I had to put some money down to hold it overnight. The selling price was $11,500. I was pay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Katy, Tx from the internet. I had to put some money down to hold it overnight. The selling price was $11,500. I was paying cash, so I requested a total invoice. Included on the invoice was a charge of $995 for a GPS tracking system I did not want. They would not remove the device. Okay, fine, I still agreed to pay for it and a $1000 payment was made to hold it overnight. After paying the deposit, we were then told, by text message, that the SERVICE AIRBAG LIGHT came on. After going through several people, I was told they knew about the issue, and it would cost between $800 and $1000 for them to repair. I still said OKAY, I'll buy the truck and let my mechanic fix the airbag. After driving three hours from our home, we arrived at the dealership and had to wait on the salesman to bring the truck out front for us to look at. That was a fifteen-minute wait when he knew at what time we would arrive. I then saw that the truck was sitting on empty, they had not even filled it with gas as they stated that they would. It had enough fuel for the test drive, so I cranked it up. I immediately saw that the oil pressure gauge was fluctuating. I called my mechanic and asked him about it, he said he'd fix it. I tested the electric windows and found that the right rear window did not go up or down. Okay, fine, add that to the list of unreported issues that would need to be repaired. We took it for a test drive, and all seemed to be okay, other than the issues listed above. We agreed to purchase the truck, knowing that repairs would be coming out of our pocket. Returning inside the building, our salesman drove the truck to the rear of the building and out of our sight. He was gone for another 15-20 minutes before returning. He then took us to the finance man where we proceeded to pay with a cashier's check. After that process was completed, we assumed we were ready to leave. Our salesman had disappeared again, and we were told he was putting the paper temp tags on the truck. This apparently was a time-consuming process as we waited in my wife’s car for another 20-30 minutes for the salesman to bring the truck back to the front. Once he brought the truck, we were just ready to leave and head home. Our experiences with this company had not gone well up to this point and we should have backed out of the deal and gone home without the truck. But, knowing about the airbag, the faulty oil pressure gauge, the window, and the shady service, I still agreed to buy the truck. I drove it home, three hours, and took it to my mechanic on Monday. He looked the truck over and called me at work to give me the findings. The radiator was cracked and lost a gallon of coolant on the drive home. All the hoses were cracking and needed to be replaced. The front end is out of alignment. The drive belts are cracking and need to be replaced. The repair for the airbag ended up being $200 to repair, not $800-$1000 as they wanted to charge. And the oil sending unit was replaced to fix the fluctuating oil pressure. I was told by my mechanic that the total repair costs would be approximately $1500. I agreed to pay for the repairs, no problem. But my mechanic asked where the three skid plates were as they had recently been removed from underneath the truck. As Mac Haik had replaced the rear main seal and the oil pan gasket before they put the vehicle up for sale those items had to be removed for that work to be done. I called to ask for the skid plates, which are in the description listed for the vehicle on the internet. The truck was advertised as having all three skid plates. I found once again that no one there likes to talk on the phone there so it was text messages until finally, they told me the General Sales Manager would call me on Wednesday. Caesar, the General Sales Manager, called me this morning and promptly told me that his mechanic stated the skid plates were not on the truck when he did the work. Bottom line, Caesar was not willing to produce said skid plates, even though the skid plates are included in the list of items that would be installed on the truck at the time of purchase. Which after the service I had already received, this did not surprise me. My wife even told me as much when she learned that the plates were missing. She flat out told me, you might as well forget it and buy new ones, that place won’t send you the plates. She was right, again. They knew about the airbag issue, the oil pressure gauge, and the window before listing the vehicle. Those were obvious issues they did not reveal. The airbag was revealed only after I paid money down. The oil pressure issue was never told to me until I noticed it on start-up for the test drive. They had to have known about the radiator damage, yet they allowed me to leave, knowing I would be driving for three hours on the highway in August when the temperatures were in the 90’s. The other issues are typical of a used vehicle, I get that. But from the beginning, when dealing with this location, it was either by email or text messages. No one wanted to talk on the phone. While we were waiting on the truck, my wife and I were agreeing how bad the service was and we couldn’t wait to get out of there. It was just a bad experience and poor customer service. I realized when I bought the truck that it would need repairs. I'm good with that. My mechanic estimates those repairs at $1500. I'm good with that. But the level of service was horrible. Conducting business by text messages. Then the deceitfulness regarding known issues they failed to reveal or revealed after I put money down, or after I made a three-hour drive. The GPS system's hidden costs were not made known until after I agreed to a known sales price. And then Caesar, the GSM, refusing to return the skid plates that they removed. I'll keep the truck, but I will never have one good word to say about this dealership. They certainly lived up to the reputation of being 'used car salesmen' and they, without a doubt, are the worst car buying experience that I have ever encountered. I would highly encourage anyone interested in buying a new or used vehicle to look elsewhere and not waste your time or money at Mac Haik Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Katy, Tx. I have to give them a 5 star on friendliness because they were being friendly while giving me the shaft. More

Luckily Mac Haik had 2 and one in the race red I’ve been drooling over for months. I was set up with Zanish who worked quickly to get a me a great trade-in value and a number on the new truck we were both happy with. He took his time to show me all the features in the 2500 and help setup the Uconnect app on my phone so I can use the remote features. Finance didn’t push any products and I was in and out. Highly recommend Zanish and Mac Haik for all Mopar cars! More
