My experience with Eduardo and Omar was nothing short of amazing. Eduardo is consistent and honest. I just bought a Toyota from them and it is beautiful and everything the ad said it would be. As a matter of fact, once I sent my inquiry, he took it from there and got me the car I desired in a timely and seamless manner. I did NOT have to spend hours upon hours just to make the deal. I’d do business with Eddy anytime. Omar, the finance guru, was also just as clear and concise. I had questions, he had answers. I appreciate them both for helping me with my purchase. More
If you got time to waste go here trying to find a car because thats all you're going to get. I wasted 3 days at this dealership only to leave on day 3 with my trade in and no new car. I visited this dealership after comparing prices at others around my area on the Dodge Hornet and was met with Ahmed (sales rep), Sultan (Finance Manager) and Casear (General Manager) all who were useless and incompetent. I should have known when I seen not one Dodge Hornet on the road not to buy one but still went to see what the hype was about them. When I got to the dealership after waiting about 45 minutes Ahmed told me I had to wait to test drive the car because the car needed a new battery. After the battery was placed in we test drove it and I noticed the car was blowing heat instead of a/c but I figured it was something that needed configuring and since I was driving I didnt have time to figure it out. 4 hours later after waiting for tint and the car to be cleaned I drove off with my "new" car only to realize the a/c was still blowing heat so I brought it back but since I had wasted so much time there by the time I returned the service department was closed so the car had to be left overnight to add freon or so I thought so I was given a loaner. The next day I arrived and was told by Sultan that the car needed a part and it would take 4-5 days to get so I would have to remain in their loaner car until then. Of course I refused because who wants to purchase a new car and wait a week for it be brought back and who wants to buy a NEW car that has already had a battery issue and a a/c technical issue. After refusing to wait I suggested they give me another car of the same color which they agreed would be okay. After again waiting to test drive I was again told yet again the car had battery issues. After waiting hours again I was able to test drive the new Hornet and everything was fine. However the exterior looked like it had been hiding under the back shed for months because it was filthy inside and out, had tape reside all over it and the front tint was bubbling. After letting Sultan know about my findings he sent the car back for cleaning and tint. Hours later they brought the car back in the same filthy condition but with new tint. Since it had been after hours again for the service department I had to wait yet another day for my car. The next day came no one called to give the status of my car so I called them and spoke with Caesar who didnt even offer an update but told me I could come get my trade in which I gladly did because after 3 days of time wasted, attitudes, incompetence, excuses and poor customer service I was OVER IT. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE AT ALL there are many other Dodge dealerships!! Do NOT waste your time getting a Dodge Hornet because clearly they dont take care of them and just let them sit and deteriorate!! This was by the far the worst car purchasing experience I have ever encountered! More
My husband has taken his truck here to get the sound system looked at as it's sounds like static and will clear up every now and then on it's own. His advisor Matt, at first, seemed to care, but now has done nothing but drag this out claiming "the tech can't figure out the issue". We both question if said tech is either lazy, or incompetent to find the issue as it's taken 2 weeks to diagnose the vehicle after my husband dropped it off on the 7th of December. Matt would only reach out with updates when my husband made it clear he needed his vehicle back and only offered a loaner A WEEK after having possession of his vehicle, with no diagnosis, further signifying the lack thereof from Matt and his tech. Additionally, Matt never responded back to my husband's text regarding cost as he wanted to ensure the issue is covered under warranty and what expenses, if at all, would be coming out of pocket. Fast forward to the 29th of December, my husband is STILL without his vehicle after Matt sent my husband a text that he'd "hopefully have him out" Tuesday, the 22nd, but no later than the 23rd. Matt never once called my husband with an update forcing my husband to go into the dealership before an important meeting AND work to push the matter. My husband asked to speak to the service manager Dan where he learned the part had come in the same day of its request, allegedly, but has STILL not been installed. I'd expect this from a transmission issue, but certainly not for an amp and a tech "trying to find the issue". My husband was told he'd have his vehicle to him today, the 29th and that it'd be brought to him. We are now being told the vehicle will be ready on the 3rd. In no way do we expect to be priority, but we have far exceeded the appropriate wait time on such an issue that it shouldn't take another week to INSTALL an AMP. This is by far the worst level of unprofessionalism and transparency in all my years of car ownership. This speaks volumes on how this service department is managed. More

Terrible service from the service department trying to buy 4 tires. Received a post card telling me I could buy three tires and get the fourth for $1. After calling several times, finally got the righ buy 4 tires. Received a post card telling me I could buy three tires and get the fourth for $1. After calling several times, finally got the right person in service. They ordered the tires for me before Thanksgiving and I never heard from them. I call today and they said "we called you last week but we got a busy signal". I confirmed they had the right number to my CELL PHONE (cell phones don't ring busy). They said my tires were in buy now the promotion expired and I could no longer get the deal. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They said "no....it is a software thing". Terrible service. Why not allow a customer have the deal 2 days after it expires??? I can promise you they did not get a busy signal when they called me! Terrible service. More
Dealership has great pricing but low balled me $6k below other dealerships on trade-in, then manager was too busy to discuss why the value was so low but had his sales team relay "his number is final". Was looking to buy a new gladiator they had online and had listed for the online sales price of $41,996. But when I go in and get my trade valued, they charge over MSRP of $52,510.
