Mac Haik Chevrolet

Very questionable issues about the actual service needed, timing of completion and billing. I had to point out the over charges. If I didn’t, I would have been charged an extra $500. Bill was suppose to be around $3500 (assuming all the services were needed, Im not the pro, they are, correct?) I went to check out and it was $4100. They remedied the issue, but only after I questioned the over charges. The point is, they are able to “steal” from customers if the customer doesn’t call them out on the “over charges” and get them to take them off the bill. Knowing I would be out of a car for 2-3 days, I should have been given a loaner. The two staffers I worked with seemed understanding to my issues/needs but the over all experience should have been better. More
