Deceived and Disrespected I am not sure where to begin with my experience at Mac Churchill Auto Mall in Bedford, Texas. I have to honestly say that my business with them was am I am not sure where to begin with my experience at Mac Churchill Auto Mall in Bedford, Texas. I have to honestly say that my business with them was amongst the worst that I have ever seen or heard of anywhere. 1) Saturday, 4/30/16 - The car that I test drove stalled on the access road beside the freeway. The first individual that showed up from the dealership to jump us, showed up with an inoperable "jumpbox", so, we had to wait for another one to be sent out. Thirty minutes in the hot sun on the side of the freeway isn't too bad, if you can have a happy ending. Sadly, that would not be the case. Back at the dealership, the finance department agrees to a down payment. I agree, sign a large stack of paperwork, give them my debit card, and they charge it for $2000.00. I go outside to drive off in my new ride, and lo and behold their is a large screw in the rear tire - the air seeping from the tire is audible. Also, at this point, I realized that the bad battery that had left us stranded during the test drive, was still in the vehicle as well. Due to the flat tire and the bad battery, I ended up leaving the vehicle at the dealership over the weekend. Oh well, I will be able to pick the car up on the following Monday, and all will be fine, right? Nope, keep reading. 2) Monday, 5/2/16 - Dog-tired after work and school all day, I stop by the dealership that evening to pick up the vehicle. I take possession of the vehicle, and drive it back to Dallas from Bedford. As I am eating dinner, I receive a text from my salesperson telling me that the "finance guy" wants me to come back to the dealership! A text at 8:30 PM telling me to return to the dealership that I had just left a few hours earlier? I ask why, and I it is conveyed to me by salesperson, Rocky, that the finance team was able to get me a "cheaper" payment, however, I will need to come back in to sit down and discuss everything. Skeptical, yes. But, what is the worst that could happen? I have nothing to lose, right? Wrong. 3) Friday, 5/6/16 - Dog-tired after work and school, yet again, I make the trek from Dallas to Bedford to visit the dealership to discuss the proposed "cheaper" payment. I waited for an eternity before anyone came out and addressed me. Once they did make contact, they pull me into the office to tell me that they needed $6000.00 as a down payment on the car instead of the $4000 that was signed and agreed upon originally on Saturday, 4/30/16. I could not afford to pay a 50% increase of my initially agreed upon down payment, and especially not on such short notice. So, they more or less lured me back to the dealership on false pretense, claiming that they had a better payment for me, when in actuality they wanted 50% more of a down payment than what I had signed and agreed upon. Obviously, I was not able to come up with an additional $2000 on the spot. After explaining this to the finance consultant, Paul, he tells me that he needed to step away for a moment to see what else could be done. In steps the Assistant Sales Manager, Joel, who basically tells me that if I could not come up with the additional $2000 to reach a total down payment of $6000, then "(he) would have to take the car back" He then steps away, and tells me he needs to consider some options. As I am waiting, the Finance Manager tells me that she needs the office that I am sitting in for other business, and that I would have to get up and move elsewhere in the building. Really? YES, this happened. THREE HOURS on a Friday evening before Mother's Day Weekend at a car lot to be told to bring a car back? Why not tell me on Monday when I stopped by? Better yet, why not be honest, fair, and transparent from the very beginning on the Saturday before? Wow. So, by and large, I was deceived, misled, and blatantly lied to. I was also disregarded, and outright disrespected even by the people at Mac Churchill Auto Mall. I am over it. I will return the car on Monday, however, I feel it is my duty to let any and everyone know how I was treated at this dealership. No one deserves to be treated in the manner that I was treated, especially when you bust your tail - and even risk your life - to earn your living. More
Wheel Alignment not done right I took my car for a wheel alignment. They had damaged the car a little bit with a scratch when they did the repair. I had ignored that. Too my shock, I found out that they totally messed up the alignment. Both the front wheels are not aligned properly. Called them to address the issue. Voice mail both times. No response yet. Would not recommend. More
Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional People Attempting to purchase a car from this dealership has been a horrible experience. I was called to come back out to do to being a previous customer and thought, it's time for an upgrade on my car, so I went. Then, I thought my sales person was knowledgable, but she wasn't. I test drove the 1st car, ended up on side the road, out of gas. It took the managers, 1 hour to send someone out to get us (it was hot outside). Then, when we finally made it back to the dealership, no one was apologetic about what had happened. Ok, but still I move on. Test drive some 2 more vehicles, find one that I like and proceeed to purchase. After that, everything starts going down hill. I was offered a deal in which I accepted, then when I went out 3 days later to actually get the car, the deal was different all the way around, with different people because the 2 that I was dealing with did't state to me they would be out of the office this day even though they knew I would be coming. I was given the run around with the numbers that clearly was listed on the car. Know one could explain what everything broke down to as far as price, why things was different. I really felt like they were trying to be sneaky and get over on me. Like I was inconveniencing them by asking questions, they just wanted me to except everything, sign the papers and leave. I got no straight answers from several sales professionals (supposedly), from ASMs or Managers. I will never step foot in this dealership again. Thank you all for the worst experience ever! More

There were a couple of kinks with the truck, nothing major, but he scheduled us a maintenance visit to get those things taken care of. Other than that, it was a nice experience, they'll attend to you right away and I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy. They'll really work with you. More
