The dealership was nice and in a good location and also a very nice route for test driving I would recommend friends and family to come here which I already have but the wait time has to get better. The worst of the worst This dealership is every terrible cliche that other car dealerships are working to avoid. I went here to see one specific car in their inventory. I wa This dealership is every terrible cliche that other car dealerships are working to avoid. I went here to see one specific car in their inventory. I was left waiting in a room for 20 minutes then spent another 40 minutes being grilled on my finances and background. I'd been there more than an hour before anyone showed me a car. And then the car I'd come to see was in awful shape. Completely unacceptable. They offered to fix it for me, but then added ridiculously high fees for it onto their "offer". Every person I talked with asked what they could do to help, and then slithered away without being helpful at all. At one point I had to ask for my driver license back because I felt like it was being held hostage. In the end I was ready to buy but needed to discuss the offer with my husband. This seemed like a totally foreign concept to them and they would not let me take a copy of the finances with me to discuss further. I walked away angry having wasted more than two hours and nobody there ever called to follow up. I would never set foot there again. Just...the worst. More

Lie just to get you in the door. Why is it these days that used car salesman have to lie to get you into the door. I had talked to the Sales Manager and told him my wife was coming to Why is it these days that used car salesman have to lie to get you into the door. I had talked to the Sales Manager and told him my wife was coming to look at a vehicle. I asked if prices were negotiable, he replied yes its the end of the month we are willing to deal. What a lie. First off even with a warning the truck wouldn't start after setting on the lot for so long. Then he tells me another person making a deal with the same vehicle. He wanted my wife to sign a piece of paper saying she would be the truck today, He told me over the phone that the price was firm and the other person was interested. Pretty funny someone else is interested at the same time as we are and the batteries are dead from not being started. Basic used car salesman. Stay away. They will lie just to get you in the door.
