They are very pushy and will quickly move your car to the back (to keep you from leaving) before you even test drive the car. Now to tell my nightmare of a story...I purchased a ford explorer from this place a few months back, and I've had nothing but problems! First the vehicle started making a noise within 2 days after purchase and I had to return it not once but twice to have it fixed(which they covered), then three weeks later my windshield molding flies off while driving on the freeway, about the same time the battery decides to die. Mind you I've not had the car more than a month. I called the dealer ship and spoke to the assistant manager Paul Garrett who stated that he couldn't reimburse me for the window molding but they would cut me a check for the battery, which by the way I never got the check! Fast forward 5 months down the road, my car is back in the shop having all 4 brakes, rotors, and steering mount getting repaired. Now the service dept at another dealership tells me that there is extensive rusting on the bottom carriage of the vehicle, which was never disclosed to me upon purchase. I'm not one to accuse, but these people are CROOKS! I don't have buyers remorse, I just regret buying from this HORRIBLE dealership. More

Deception An employee at Mac Churchill Auto Mall forged 3 policy documents in my name worth $6,095 dollars and sent them to my financing bank for reimbursement An employee at Mac Churchill Auto Mall forged 3 policy documents in my name worth $6,095 dollars and sent them to my financing bank for reimbursement to the dealership. They also wrote another $2000 dollars of "aftermarkets" into my Buyers Order (which they never gave me a copy of when I signed for my car). A TOTAL OF $8,095 dollars in my contract over the negotiated price of the car packed with policies I did not want. The policies were a Warranty, Maintenance agreement for oil changes that I was told were "free" but were not, Gap Insurance, and a Tire & Wheel policy. I returned to the dealership several times and asked to re-sign my contract without these unwanted policies and the Dept Manager emphatically said No. So I started asking for the paperwork to all these products and the Dept Manager gave me brochures. I returned to the dealership 4 days later and asked my loan officer for my "signed" policies to the Warranty, Maintenance agreement, Gap Insurance and Tire & Wheels policy and he gave me "fine print" to the contracts. So I left the dealership still with no "signed" policies for all of these products. Nobody wanted to give me my paperwork.. Now we can see why. I learned my bank had copies of all my paperwork as the dealership has to send the copies to the bank in order to get paid for the car. I just called my financing bank and asked them to send me my copies of my Contract, Buyers Order, including my "signed" policy agreements. When I received them, I realized I had never seen these policy agreements before and noticed right away that my signature was forged on 3 of the documents. For sure, 100% NOT my signatures, and never saw this paperwork before now. I notified the fraud department of my financing bank and a bank Corporate Investigator called me back right away within days. I sent Certified letters of my complaint along with the forged copies of the documents to the General manager, Finance manager, and Department manager of the dealership and never heard anything back. Not even from the General Manager who you think you would hear from. Never heard from him once. To make a long story short, the Bank investigators were able to recover the $8,095 dollars back from the dealership on 7/15/16 and applied the money back to my lien. All of this a month and half after I bought the car Agencies I contacted or sent a complaint: 1.)Texas OCCC (Office of Consumer Credit Commissioners) Google OCCC Consumer Assistance Hotline for telephone number " 2.) DMV (Division of Motor Vehicles) Google complaint form. They regulate the dealerships Business practices and are an enforcement agency 3.) Texas Attorney General's Office (click on Consumer Protection once on the website). 4.) FTC (Federal Trade Commission) they take consumer complaints. There is an online complaint form 5.) State Bar of Texas (Lawyer referral service) More

Lying unethical salesmen Stay away. Stay far away. You'll thank me later. Unless you like being lied to, dealing with deceptive practices, and cheating sales people that w Stay away. Stay far away. You'll thank me later. Unless you like being lied to, dealing with deceptive practices, and cheating sales people that want to change the terms of the deal after everything has been agreed to and signed off on. Then by all means have at it. Read some of the reviews on Facebook. Same things we went through. Cars and mechanics are crap too. Much better deals and sales people elsewhere. Look around. Don't buy here!!!!! More
