Worst Experience Ever!!! I bought a 2010 Audi A4 October 1st. They were going to put in a new turbo and was told that my car would be ready on the 3rd. I traded in my car and I bought a 2010 Audi A4 October 1st. They were going to put in a new turbo and was told that my car would be ready on the 3rd. I traded in my car and they wanted to take my car that same day but did not offer me a loaner. I told them I need a car to get around they said you can take your car and the Audi will be ready on the 3rd. I showed up on the 3rd but the car wasn't ready, they told me that the car would be ready on the 5th. I called first before I drove there on the 5th and I could not get any answers in regards to status of my car even after they had transferred me several times and hung up on me then I had to call back. They eventually took my name and number and told me that They would call me back that same day but no one ever did. I ended up calling on the following day and was transferred several times again then told that my car would be ready on the 10th and I wouldnt need to call but just show up. I did so and to my surprise my car was not ready and all they could say was "I don't know what to tell you, I'm sorry." I asked when it would ready I never got an answers, all they said was sometime this week. The service guy said they would call me if there was an update. I ended up calling on the 14th to cancel the whole transaction of the purchase as I was still with in the 14 days to cancel the transaction. After being transferred several times and having to call back I spoke with whom I believe a manager called Todd. He told me to come in and pick up a loaner and he would do something to rectify the situation. I was not able to make there on the 14th but I was able to make there on the 17th but again the car was not ready and no one knew anything about a loaner. I sat in the lobby for 3hours waiting on a manager who apparently was too busy to see me cause he was in a meeting. They told me my car would be ready on the 18th. I don't trust their word at all and I feel they don't care about the customer once a car has been bought. I would never recommend them to anyone and they have a lack of consideration for the customer as long as they make their money. I've been here 3 times and have called several time, been hung up on quite a few times too and no resolution or compensation offered. Worst experience I've ever had with any company ever in my life. More
