I went into this transaction anticipating the iconic car salesman swindle routine that ultimately only really benifits the dealership. Immediately upon entering the dealership My experience couldn’t have been further from that negative connotation. I was greeted by the staff at the front desk with a genuine welcome and promptly introduced to Derek who I had only briefly conversed with over the phone until this point. Having an idea of a car in mind I was shown the vehicle and encouraged to confidently drive it as if I already owned it. Every technical question regarding the car and every inquiry of the purchasing process was answered politly and with precision, demonstrating detailed knowledge of both topics. The car, needing installation of add-ons was also simultaneously detailed while I grabbed lunch at a local restaurant of Derek’s recommendation. Upon returning to the dealership I was offered free murchandise from their shop while Derek installed the license plate and sport antenna in the rain without a second thought. Every single interaction. With the staff was pleasant and I can’t imagine having a better experience purchasing a car. If I could give 6/5 stars they would be deserving of it. More

Pete, first listened intently to what I am looking for. He waited patiently until I went through my likes and dislikes in a Mini. We then went for a test-drive of car similar to what I choose. I made the decision on the spot to close the deal not solely because I found the car that I was looking for, but more importantly because Pete made the entire experience seamless, friendly and actually "fun". Because of my very busy schedule, I did not think that I would be able to make another trip to the dealership to pick up the car at a later date. It was a busy Friday evening, but Pete rearranged his schedule, including what seemed like previously arranged personal plans, to accommodate me. He drove the care to my house, and then proceeded to walk me through every detail of my little car with the big personality. More

Great buying experience at Otto's MINI. After confirming on the phone that the 2015 Camaro RS Convertible was still for sale on their lot with Pete Barcus in sales, we made the 2 hour trek f After confirming on the phone that the 2015 Camaro RS Convertible was still for sale on their lot with Pete Barcus in sales, we made the 2 hour trek from Baltimore up to their dealership. Once there we were greeted by Pete and shown the car which seemed to be cleaned up and ready for our test drive. Pete ran through some of the features with my wife Linda, whose car it was going to be, and then we were off. They actually gave us a printed test drive course showing a route through the community as we were not from the area. Linda loved the car and how it drove so when we arrived back to the lot we decided to make the deal. Once seated at Pete's desk, he introduced us to his Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Dave Hackett. While Pete was gathering up all of the paperwork back in the office Dave, Linda and I had a great conversation discussing past experiences regarding the Car Industry, especially the good 'ole Muscle Car Days. After working a great deal on the car, along with trading in Linda's BMW on the Camaro, we walked outside to discover that Pete had the car cleaned up once more while we were inside. During our test drive it had rained and he saw where it really got dirty. I was impressed!!!! Since the car did not have an Owner's Manual, Pete has stayed in touch with us letting Linda know that one will be mailed to her. Linda is very happy with her Camaro, and we both are glad that we made the trip to Otto's MINI to buy it. We wouldn't hesitate to purchase a car from them in the future. Great People!!!! More
