This lead to a very chaotic Sunday evening and Monday morning of getting the donut on and trying to figure out what happend since I hadnt driven the car all weekend. Yesterday afternoon I took the car to my tire place and they confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the tire itself but that something hadnt been done right when the tires were rotated. The $15 charge to fix this issue isnt bade, but the fact that it caused a big inconvenience is the really issue here. For a dealership that specifically deals with minis, I would not expect something like this to occur. More

Once I arrived to sign the papers and drive off in my new car I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and informative service. We got the papers signed and I was driving my new car in less than hour! I love the larger size of the countrymen, the way it handles, and the quieter and smoother ride. All aspects of sales and delivery of the car were handled timely and professionally. Since I have been a mini owner for approximately four years, I have been going to this dealership for all repairs and service. I went into this transaction anticipating the iconic car salesman swi September 2018, my first new car purchase at otto’s mini dealership in Exton PA. I went into this transaction anticipating the iconic car salesman swindle routine that ultimately only really benifits the dealership. Immediately upon entering the dealership My experience couldn’t have been further from that negative connotation. I was greeted by the staff at the front desk with a genuine welcome and promptly introduced to Derek who I had only briefly conversed with over the phone until this point. Having an idea of a car in mind I was shown the vehicle and encouraged to confidently drive it as if I already owned it. Every technical question regarding the car and every inquiry of the purchasing process was answered politly and with precision, demonstrating detailed knowledge of both topics. The car, needing installation of add-ons was also simultaneously detailed while I grabbed lunch at a local restaurant of Derek’s recommendation. Upon returning to the dealership I was offered free murchandise from their shop while Derek installed the license plate and sport antenna in the rain without a second thought. Every single interaction. With the staff was pleasant and I can’t imagine having a better experience purchasing a car. If I could give 6/5 stars they would be deserving of it. More
