The service link is definitely a helpful tool to help the customer understand what the service center recommends and why work needs to be done. My only complaint is seeing a charge labeled “other” on my bill to change one tire and not having it clarified what exactly that means. More

It happens, unfortunately we tried to find out about the car twice with no return communications. I was able to catch Preston during the day and arrange a pick up of the car. I drove it home and the first time we went to use the car (this morning) a bunch of sensors lit up the dashboard. So I am bringing it back for what I consider service visit 1B. Hopefully our issues can be easily resolved. More

Excellent service Otto’s provides an excellent overall service experience. You are greeted undercover and taken to your Service Rep, Preston in my case. I chose to wait for my service to be completed so Preston escorted to the waiting area after he checked me in. The waiting area has excellent secure wifi, a well stocked coffee and snack area. Preston kept me updated on progress via a series of test msgs. my service was completed in approx one hour. Preston thoroughly explained the itemized service record and also scheduled service on my BMW while I waited. Overall an A+ experience. More
