A bearded car enthusiast I have always wanted to own a MINI so upon searching Otto's website (daily) and finally finding something I loved, I immediately set up an appointment I have always wanted to own a MINI so upon searching Otto's website (daily) and finally finding something I loved, I immediately set up an appointment for a test drive. Derek answered any and all questions I had and was very knowledgable about everything. I felt a bit of shaking after taking the car on the highway so he sent it to have it looked at. We started the process of applying for loans and he didn't stop until he found me the best deal. After e-mailing back and forth for a couple days with any and all information he or I needed to provide, a check was overnighted to Otto's and Monday morning I got a call from Derek letting me know I could come in to finish the sale. I asked to take the car out again before purchasing to check on the shaking and, unfortunately, the shake was still present. Derek sprung into action to get the car looked at again so nothing was wrong. I started the process of signing the paperwork with Dave while the car was being looked at which didn't take long at all. I never felt any pressure to buy any additional add-ons or to even buy the car itself. I was left with a bunch of informational pamphlets to check out and I can call back with any questions or to purchase. Derek advised me that the front two tires were a bit misaligned but that had now been fixed and I was ready to trade my old car in for my new (used) 2014 Countryman. I couldn't have dreamt of an easier process! I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Otto's and especially Derek! More

The Internet is an important tool for me and after exploring a number of vehicles online only two automotive manufacturers earned my attention and respect for both content and presentation -- Buick and MINI. Following the national websites to the local dealership website, Otto's MINI of Exton, Pennsylvania, I was thoroughly impressed with the comprehensive quality of their online experience. By far and away, I learned the most helpful and detailed information on the Otto's MINI of Exton website. And very quickly I was able to identify a vehicle that met my needs. With one email to Otto's MINI, I was contacted by Peter Barcus who quickly and efficiently answered my questions in a way that both respected my knowledge and, quite professionally, anticipated certain soft spots in my understanding of the MINI line. He instantly put my wife and I at ease and worked to assist us in a prompt and helpful manner and never with any pressure. He was content to trust us and to trust in the value of the MINI brand and the quality of the people and service at Otto's MINI of Exton. Within two visits, my wife and I bought a spotless 2012 Mini Cooper S Countryman with low mileage, a great warranty, and a very affordable price. The only challenge in the entire process was avoiding the temptation of Otto's MINI of Exton's enormous inventory of similar quality vehicles. It was then that I more fully appreciated the search and filtering options available at the Otto's of Exton MINI website which helped to narrow my focus to the wonderful car we drove off the lot. It helped me to be a better customer for Peter but, without a doubt, even without the website Peter would have expertly guided me toward a number of outstanding options to match my budget and needs. I cannot fail to overlook the expertise and helpfulness of Dave Busby who helped us with the paperwork and details regarding title and financing. With the same level of professionalism and kindness Peter had demonstrated, Dave slowly went over all of the paperwork and made sure that my wife and I were thoroughly informed and knowledgeable each step of the way. As mentioned at the start, 10 days later our other Jeep Liberty died and I had to purchase a quality, affordable car again and in very short time. I instantly visited the Otto's of Exton MINI website and found a spritely, entry-level, 2012 Mini Cooper Hardtop. One email to Peter and one visit a couple of days later, and once again my wife and I were very happy owners of another 2012 low-mileage, extended warranty MINI. By the way, this all happened on the day before the Christmas Holidays. and Peter and his colleagues at Otto's MINI never made us feel rushed or hurried. Indeed, while I moved through the second purchase with some measure of speed, Peter made sure that everything was fully up to standards. And Dave Busby, too, handled our second set of paperwork with a high attention to detail even while appreciating our new-found familiarity with the process. In the months since our two purchases, Peter has kept in contact with us to ensure that our cars are performing to our satisfaction. And on those occasions when we stop into the dealership for routine maintenance or to admire the newer models, Peter and Dave always remember us and stop to greet us. Indeed, both Peter and Dave have become something more than just reliable representatives of Otto's MINI of Exton; they are now friends.
