MINI towed in I had a major breakdown requiring a tow. A friend recommended I elect to have car towed here due to Otto's great reputation for customer service. Bumper Had a scuff and scratch on my bumper that I thought was covered on my dent warranty. Annual Service I brought my car in for it's annual service. I travel over an hour to get to Ottos and they make it very easy.
