It’s more challenging buying a car in the current climate that requires a 6 month wait for delivery. John was just outstanding and has renewed my faith in this dealership. More

On a busy Saturday morning, my 2015 mini roadster was taken right in for a run flat tire change. My tire had a nail in it and the dealership had one in stock to make a change in a very timely manner. I was made very comfortable with the amenities offered to waiting clients. My car was returned after an interior wipe down and exterior wash. Very impressed with the personnel and service. I leased our Mini from new. I received four demands for an additional payment after buying the Mini at the end of my lease - even though Mini Wesley Chapel gave me a receipt fo I received four demands for an additional payment after buying the Mini at the end of my lease - even though Mini Wesley Chapel gave me a receipt for the purchase and the check had cleared. Although the transaction was presented to me as buying off the end of my lease, Mini claimed the dealer, not I, had purchased the car off lease and so Mini demanded a disposal fee that should be waived when you finally buy the car. Despite contacting the dealer on their website, Mini Wesley Chapel did not reply. Eventually, the dealer contacted me to fill in further paper work showing purchase of the car, apparently because Mini was chasing them. This mess has slowed transfer of a lien-free title into my name even though the dealer charged a healthy premium on the standard FL registration fees. The dealership is friendly enough but has a bizarre BMW take on the UK origins of the Mini, which seems to combine Kraftwerk (German heavy metal) and somewhat grungy facilities - a million kilometers, as it were, from Oxford, England. A long way from legendary German efficiency as well. Not how it's meant to be is it? For some reason, this rating site has attached a dealer rating of 4.6 to this review, which is in fact a one star review. If this is an average, it is misleading to attach it to this review. More
