All that was needed was a Road Hazard Warranty Cancelation form. Every finance manager avoids existing customers like the plague. They refuse to email back, accept calls or do anything to help someone in need. They'll tell you they're busy with a customer and can call you back. After being promised 7 call backs from Finance managers like Carlos and others, I received a total of 0. You know its bad when all the departments in the dealership complain about how bad the finance managers treat everyone there. From Service to salesman to front desk, each employee had nothing nice to say in regards to the finance managers. Imagine running a business that can't get along to help each other out. Let alone the customer. Now you'll know what to expect when going! To Jack (Front Desk) and Abigail J, Thank you for being the only ones who seemed to genuinely care and help out. I wish it didn't take as long as it did to get ahold of people knowledgeable like yourselves. Absolutely wild that once I got you two, it only took 3 minutes to resolve. More

Derek was nothing short of AMAZING! !!! Though the long wait was beyond his control he made certain he checked in to see how I was doing, that really meant alot to me. I met some great p !!! Though the long wait was beyond his control he made certain he checked in to see how I was doing, that really meant alot to me. I met some great people in the waiting area, that made the time go by. My car came out the service bay cleaner than when it went in and performed 100% better. Between Frankie and Derek with "the good hair", I always feel like family when I visit this dealership and would recommend it to anyone. Peace and blessings. More
Service provider Derek was rude and had an attitude when I was speaking with the mechanic. He was saying to a co-worker that it’s only one f**kin part and it shouldn’t be this hard.I was there a total of 5 I was speaking with the mechanic. He was saying to a co-worker that it’s only one f**kin part and it shouldn’t be this hard.I was there a total of 5 hours because I hard other work done that was completed but I waited 3 hours for a tire rotation that was the last thing they had to do. I saw people coming after me leaving before me. I texted my service provider and received no text back about the status of my car. I went to go ask in person and then he said everything was ready and he couldn’t get his desk back after lunch. When it was time to leave he told me not to do the survey if I didn’t like him because he would lose money. He was holding my keys when he was telling me not to do the survey and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I had to call mini multiple days to get the survey sent to me. Would not recommend this service provider to anyone. More
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this dealership for the second time around. Charles Fernandes is fabulous and I’d recommend him to anyone. I was treated with respect , courtesy and kindness.
