The next day drove 40 minutes, greeted by everyone throughout the process from GM to reception, even Cooper! The team is extremely welcoming and accommodating. No pressure at all. I did not even feel like I was at a "car dealership". Everyone there was working, no donuts, no smoking, no vultures. I felt like I made friends. I even drove away in the most beautiful car at an awesome price with a warranty that Mini provided. AWESOME! I will be back for my next one too! More

Played Games and Changed the Price I was considering a Mini Paceman. When I went to the manager's office (who presented me with contract options) he told me that I could only get the r I was considering a Mini Paceman. When I went to the manager's office (who presented me with contract options) he told me that I could only get the reduced price (clearly marked on the vehicle) if I signed a contract at 3.9%. I have excellent credit and told him I would not pay that high of an interest rate. I told him I wanted MIni's 1.99%, which is offered on their website. He told me he could only give me that if I paid the original, full price of the car. He continued to talk a lot of rubbish, trying to justify his stance with ridiculous claims. I left, went to Ferman Mini and purchased the same car, for the same price, at the 1.99;. Ferman worked with me to get me what I wanted. Go there, not to Wesley Chapel Mini. More
