Sales people great, GM above any contact with customer Oct. 31,2014 I visited Wesley Chapel Mini after making an appointment with Mr. Gavin. Mr. Gavin when we arrived was in the middle of closing a sale so Oct. 31,2014 I visited Wesley Chapel Mini after making an appointment with Mr. Gavin. Mr. Gavin when we arrived was in the middle of closing a sale so very politely ask if we would mind if Jay should us the car he had waiting for us to view. Jay very great, very noligiable, thorough & helpful. We ALL agreed on a lease offer, got to finance signed off 4 days later received a call from the finance manager requesting $3000.00 to which we neither one knew anything about. Looked at the paperwork to find it was NOT at all what we agreed on. Upset of course we wanted to find out what was going on & if & how this was going to work out. My boyfriend called for me & was just told we will work it out by closer- Andy continually but never this is how. After a day & a half of this he called & ask for GM - Mike Trivigno, Andy contually intercepted the calls. After 2 full days of this & boyfriend leaving messages on GM' s vm with no response I called, i lft 3 messages for the GM...NOTHING after the 4th call a lady called me back said he was in a meeting but ask, "what does Ms. Wilson want? I advised her of the situation she said he handles these types of issues & had no idea. I ask the GM call me back I would comeback in but wanted to know what they were planning on doing. I explained I would be driving about 40 miles to get there, wanted to be sure GM would be there. Sh exalted me back said he would not be I ended up ready to return vehicle ask the lady again to have GM call me back...that's 5xs + my boyfriends messages. After all worked out I was ask what can be done Ms. Wilson to turn this experience around, I told Mr. Gavin honestly a call from the GM, to show that he cared, was concerned & wanted to make sure everything worked out...to take that extra step...well let's say it's been 8 days since, my 5 request, my boyfriends 4 on GM's GM & nothing...I guess customers don't matter to him he's above us. I'll say if I had of known the GM had the attitude that he does about the people that pay his salary to feed his family I NEVER would have walked in those doors!!! As for Mr. Gavin & Jay best service I have ever had, great people. MR. MIKE TRIVIGNOMEN YOU SIR HAVE TONS TO LEARN FROM THESE 2 MEN....they r the ones that should be making your bucks...I guess you forgot what you learned when you first started out. :( More

His attention to detail, professionalism, and knownledge of the Mimi was greatly appreciated. I received an excellent price for my trade in, exceptional price and value for the Mimi Countryman purchased. Brien went out of his way to ensure I met the dealership team, and was well versed on the Mimi I had purchased. I found the entire group exceptional and customer orientated. I would highly recommend them to my friends. The management has to be exceptional, because the team all seem proud, happy, and really enjoyed working at this dealership. They all seem to take pride in the product, but more importantly, in the dealership and its ownership. This was a pleasure to see and was a key factor in our selection of this dealership verses other dealers in the Tampa Bay area. More

Best place to buy a car. I got a great expirienced with Matthew Crespo and the poeple if Mini of Wesley Chapel. Could not have been better I remember walking in the dealer and Michaela greeting me with a big smile. She was so sweet. She quickly got me to a sales person and every thing was great from there on. Manny was great. We went out on a test drive and I loved the car. I told him I was already pre qualified and when I told him the rate he told me that they might be able to give me a better rate. And they did ! Lars was great with the financing . Every thing I asked them to do to the car they did. I left the dealer that day completely satisfied and happy with my purchase. They really work hard to satisfy the customer. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely buy another car with them. Give them a try. I'm sure you wont regret it. I almost forgot about cooper. He is such a cute and sweet puppy. More
