Not just Mini Coopers I had previously bought a car from Eric F at another dealership. When I was looking to upgrade my ride I found out he was working at Wesley Chapel Min I had previously bought a car from Eric F at another dealership. When I was looking to upgrade my ride I found out he was working at Wesley Chapel Mini and went there. He showed me what he had and I was able to test drive the cars and found one that I thought was perfect for me. In a reasonable amount of time I came in with one car and left left with a much newer one. The staff there is fantastic. They have a few lounge areas, tvs, snacks and beverages that are complimentery. At no point did I feel pressured or taken advanced of. I got a fair deal for my trade in and a fair price for the newer car. I would go back again and buy from Eric. More

Amazing Service Recently had my 2009 MCS Clubman serviced for the engine light being on. Since Mini of Wesley Chapel is the dealer that's near my house I went ahead to get my service with them. At first I was exceptional since you never know how the service departments are going to be. Well my experience have been awesome from day 1. I don't regret it from the sales department (Leon) to the service department (Andy & Adam) the experience have been great. Not So Mini When looking for a car you usually hear something like, "Good luck, Take an Advil, Hope you have patience, Thats going to be frustrating..." I have heard all of those things as well, but when I got to this Mini dealership I didn't need an Advil and aparently luck was already on my side. Gary, the salesman that helped my wife and I, was amazing. Accomidating, Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, patience, genuine. Those are some words I would use to describe Gary and the rest of the staff that we encountered there. They didn't push any car on us, he asked what we were looking for and steered us in the perfect direction. They worked with us on the financial side and got us to a comfortable spot and now we are the proud owners of a new 2015 Mini Cooper!!!! If you want a mini, THIS is the place to go! More

A fun place to buy a Mini! My husband and I decided to buy a 2015 Mini and built a 2 dr hardtop on line. We went to Mini Cooper of Wesley Chapel where we were introduced to Joniann Newton, a Mini adoption specialist. We looked at the selection of Minis they had but decided we wanted to special order our Mini. Joniann was very thorough and guided us through what we wanted to order giving us great ideas and suggestions. Joniann kept us informed as to the status of our Mini and as soon as it was delivered to the dealership called us to schedule our pick up. We took delivery 3 days ago. She sat in the car with us and answered any questions we had and explained the various settings and operations etc. of our Mini. She made our whole Mini purchase experience fun! A great person to work with! More
