Since Mini of Wesley Chapel is the dealer that's near my house I went ahead to get my service with them. At first I was exceptional since you never know how the service departments are going to be. Well my experience have been awesome from day 1. I don't regret it from the sales department (Leon) to the service department (Andy & Adam) the experience have been great. Not So Mini When looking for a car you usually hear something like, "Good luck, Take an Advil, Hope you have patience, Thats going to be frustrating..." I have heard all of those things as well, but when I got to this Mini dealership I didn't need an Advil and aparently luck was already on my side. Gary, the salesman that helped my wife and I, was amazing. Accomidating, Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, patience, genuine. Those are some words I would use to describe Gary and the rest of the staff that we encountered there. They didn't push any car on us, he asked what we were looking for and steered us in the perfect direction. They worked with us on the financial side and got us to a comfortable spot and now we are the proud owners of a new 2015 Mini Cooper!!!! If you want a mini, THIS is the place to go! More

A fun place to buy a Mini! My husband and I decided to buy a 2015 Mini and built a 2 dr hardtop on line. We went to Mini Cooper of Wesley Chapel where we were introduced to Joniann Newton, a Mini adoption specialist. We looked at the selection of Minis they had but decided we wanted to special order our Mini. Joniann was very thorough and guided us through what we wanted to order giving us great ideas and suggestions. Joniann kept us informed as to the status of our Mini and as soon as it was delivered to the dealership called us to schedule our pick up. We took delivery 3 days ago. She sat in the car with us and answered any questions we had and explained the various settings and operations etc. of our Mini. She made our whole Mini purchase experience fun! A great person to work with! More

Amazing selection, great pricing, exceptional service! We're were not MINI people. Or at least we didn't think we were until we discovered that I was able to fit my 6'6" NFL nose guard frame into the MINI We're were not MINI people. Or at least we didn't think we were until we discovered that I was able to fit my 6'6" NFL nose guard frame into the MINI Cooper '15 S Convertible extremely comfortably. Both passenger and drivers seats have an excessive amount of legroom and headroom. (how do they make that magic happen?) Our family of 4 with two young children (under 10, which is key, any older and this isn't a 4 person car) are able to easily stretch out without any effort. These are details you normally don't have to consider in a Crossover or Sedan but let's admit, it's a small european car made for FUN and you get skeptical at first. One test drive and you'll love your MINI and see that all your concerns fade away as you see they thought of nearly everything.. The dealership made an epic effort to show us why they are the best in the business. They offered to let us take an extended test drive to see if it worked for our family, gave us time to digest and research without any pressure but with great communication to answer our questions, They dealt with us changing our minds from standard to fully loaded and answered every question we had. They work hard to earn your business every step of the way. Negotiating was simple and no hassle to get numbers we could both live with. So now we have a MINI Convertible to complement our MiniVan for times when we want to enjoy the view, feel the sun and air and enjoy the ride. We're ecstatic! The Boot (Trunk) is perfect for a few bags for a weekend stay at The Grand Floridian or some beach bags and a small cooler for quick day trips to Clearwater Beach. You won't pack your Sams Club bonanza in there but a quick run to Publix or shopping at the mall is perfect. The MINI Cooper S sports a turbo engine that has great pickup and performance and makes having the top down all the more fun (Don't buy without testing an S, the extra pep is awesome) This is the right dealership for your MINI purchase. Ask for Brien, He communicates well before the purchase and gets things done. After the purchase he texted to make sure everything was still awesome for us and I expect he'll care for us long after the purchase to make sure everything is right. More
